Well, if that's not an odd title I don't know what is
So, of course there's a problem. We don't want inbreeding, now do we? And we don't want cross-tribe mates? So here's how mating and babies and all that wonderfulness is going to wok:
First off, NO YOUNGLINGS WITHOUT DIRECT PERMISSION FROM ME. I say this a lot, don't I? But trust me, once you actually start Roleplaying, life doesn't seem as controlling as you would expect. The reason behind this rule for this individual topic is simple: We don't need thirty Youngling accounts to be made with no one to Roleplay them. Yes, it may seem that you'r friend is extremely excited about roleplaying, but truth is, I'd estimate that only 75% of kit accounts made on this site will be used. And that's actually not too much after we get more popular. But until then, more than likely I'll say yes. After all, we can find a way..
When you come to me for permission for a Youngling, please be ready to explain your reasons thoroughly. If I had previously given you permission for a mate across-boarders, you'll need to try extra hard to explain your plotting for where the Youngling would be going, who's RPing it, and of course, I'll ensure your not lying about the RPer, because I'll be checking IP addresses, too (don't worry, I wont be tracking you down. It's a way for us staffies to ensure your word is true, and to ban unwanted users entirely).
Okay, so you have your mate, right? (Lets time lapse and pretend you only just got your mate). What do you call him/her?Will, I think you can guess; Mates. Now, before I blow your head up, please (duh) look at the following (duh).
~The "Dating" stage in your relationship doesn't actually have a name. It's just when you and your to-be notice you both love each other but don't want to confirm that your mates. DON'T USE THE WORD "DATE" IN RP.
~The "Mates" Stage in a relationship is like marriage. There's not a ceremony; you just confirm with each other that you wish to be mates, then head on your way with hand in hand.
~The "Younging Mother" is less likely to come. Of course, only female characters can have the Younglings. Sorry, boys! This rank is when you have Younglings (1-3, preferred is 1) and will end when your Youngling becomes an Apprentice. Want more than one Youngling? Come to me. If I had agreed on twins or triplets earlier, I'll be WAY less likely to accept more Younglings from you.
I'm sure I forgot something in this thread. Let me know if you have any confusion or questions
